Available Across the Highlands: We cater to various locations across the Highlands, with a small mileage fee for hires beyond Inverness. Contact us for details upon inquiry. Hygiene and Safety Priority: Rest assured, hygiene is our top priority! Our packages include hand sanitizer, disinfectant wipes, and strict cleaning protocols between bookings. We request clients to assist in minimizing cross-contamination by placing tableware in the provided cleaning box. Safety Assurance: At FunkyDory Kidz, your safety is paramount. Our policies, risk assessments, and stringent cleaning protocols follow NHS and UK Government guidelines, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all. Equipment undergoes thorough sanitization and 72-hour storage between bookings. Booking Details and Pricing: Pricing: £65.00 for 1 Luxe Posh Picnic Table Additional table: £35.00 Add a Double Wigwam with Blankets & Cushions for £45.00 Luxe Posh Picnic table with rug only: £45.00 Our Luxe Picnics can be hire from 2 hours to 24hours. If wish to hire for hours outwith, please contact us and we can discuss your preferred hire needs. Deposit and Payment: A deposit of £25.00 is required upon booking, with full payment due the week of your booking. Discounted Rates: When booking a Luxe Posh Picnic Table with any other package! Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy: At FunkyDory Kidz, we strive to provide the best experience for your event while ensuring fairness and flexibility in our booking policies. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: Cancellation or Rescheduling 7 Days Prior to Booking: Should you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please notify us at least 7 days before the scheduled date. In this case, 50% of your deposit will be refunded if you choose to cancel, or your deposit will be transferred to your rescheduled date. Cancellation Less Than 7 Days Prior: Unfortunately, if cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the scheduled date, the deposit will not be refunded. How to Cancel or Reschedule: To cancel or reschedule your booking, please contact us directly at least 7 days before the event date. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs within our policy guidelines. Deposit and Refund Information: Refunds for cancellations made within the stipulated timeframe will be processed accordingly, as detailed above. Deposits for booking and damage serves to protect both parties involved in the transaction, guaranteeing a level of commitment from the customer while safeguarding the interests of the service provider in case of any unforeseen issues or damages. Exceptions: Exceptions to this policy will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis in situations of extenuating circumstances or emergencies.
