Our DIY Glow Party Kit is delivered straight to your door, giving you everything you need to create your own neon celebration. Minimum hire - 2 hours Damage Deposit required at booking £50.00 - £100.00 (depending on number of headsets hired) Fully refunded after collection once equipment is checked. Cancellation Policy
**FunkyDory Kidz - Booking Policy ** Please do not move or adjust Teepees, Wigwams, Cabanas or Bell Tents once installed, as they are positioned to maintain safe exit routes and reduce trip hazards. Keep all equipment away from naked flames, heaters, sharp objects and liquids. Battery-operated lights in tents must be switched off before sleeping. Do not use nail varnish near the equipment. No smoking is permitted near any hired items, and no phones, tablets or laptops should be left charging in tents overnight. A responsible adult (18+) must supervise all equipment throughout the hire period. Please ensure all items are used safely and appropriately. Silent Disco Headsets should not be dropped. Keep pets away from the equipment. Shoes must be removed before entering Teepees, Wigwams, Cabanas and Bell Tents. No food, drink, glassware, glitter, confetti, water or fire/barbecues are permitted on or near the equipment. Electrical items, including LED furniture, Silent Disco equipment, projectors, UV lights and audio equipment, must be kept dry and moved indoors immediately if it rains. The hirer is responsible for any loss or damage during the hire period, including excessive cleaning costs. Outdoor equipment must only be used in suitable weather and not in rain, storms or winds exceeding 24mph. We may postpone or cancel outdoor installations if conditions are unsafe. Equipment must be installed on level grass or a suitable indoor surface. We cannot install on concrete or artificial turf. FunkyDory Kidz holds Public Liability Insurance but accepts no liability for injury or damage caused by misuse or inadequate supervision. **Cancellation Policy:** Cancellations with 7+ days' notice receive a 50% deposit refund or a full transfer to a new date. Deposits are non-refundable with less than 7 days' notice. Weather-related cancellations may be refunded or rescheduled. Deposits secure your booking and may be used to cover damage or loss. We may offer flexibility in exceptional circumstances.
