Service Description

We offer an Overnight or Day Glamping experience in your very own location or day bell tent hire with our 4m Bell Tent for your celebration with or without our Luxe posh picnic. Celebrate a Birthday, Baby Shower or a Special Event - Overnight Set-up includes - Rugs Lanterns Various Lights including outdoor Lights Cushions & Duvet & Blankets Breakfast trays with Cups Lightbox String Lights/Light decoration Bunting Floral Decoration Campbed Themed decoration Cereal boxes Goodie Bag - created to suit guest & theme. Hot Water Bottles for each guest. Day Hire includes - Rugs Lanterns Various Lights Cushions & Blankets Mini Tables Lightbox String Lights/Light decoration Bunting Floral Decoration Sofa Beanbags Themed Decoration Goodie Bag - created to suit guest & theme. Luxe Picnic - Our Luxe Picnic Tables(s) can be set up and styled to suit your occasion too. Bell Tents available from April to October with a full premium quality Anjengo Coir Mat for extra comfort. We can dress your bell tent to suit one of our themes available, if you are looking for a specific theme please contact us as we may be able to create this for you.   All set-ups include delivery, set-up & collection. ​How much space do you need for us to setup a Bell Tent?  We require an overall ‘footprint’ of the bell tent plus 1m either side for set-up which includes the guy ropes all the way around. 4m for the bell tent and 1m either side for the guy ropes plus 1m either side for extra space to move around. Ideal size 6m x 6m minimum 2 hour set-up is required. Additional Information: FunkyDory Kidz reserve the right to cancel any booking of our Den/Gazebo/Bell Tent or any event held outdoors where there poses a risk to the safety of us - FunkyDory Kidz & our customers - at any time, i.e. in really bad weather (If more than a light shower or high wind speeds/gusts reaching 24mph).  In these circumstances FunkyDory Kidz will refund your deposit or offer a change of date or opt to adapt your package to bring the party indoors. We cannot set-up on concrete, gravel or artificial grass and we must see a picture of the set-up location prior to booking.  Various hours of hire available. EXTRA OVERNIGHT HIRE CHARGED AT £50.00 per night.  Deposit and Payment: To secure your booking, a £75.00 deposit is required at the time of booking, with full payment due the week of your party. Small Mileage Fee: Applies to areas outside the Inverness Area.


Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy: At FunkyDory Kidz, we strive to provide the best experience for your event while ensuring fairness and flexibility in our booking policies. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: Cancellation or Rescheduling 7 Days Prior to Booking: Should you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please notify us at least 7 days before the scheduled date. In this case, 50% of your deposit will be refunded if you choose to cancel, or your deposit will be transferred to your rescheduled date. Cancellation Less Than 7 Days Prior: Unfortunately, if cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the scheduled date, the deposit will not be refunded. How to Cancel or Reschedule: To cancel or reschedule your booking, please contact us directly at least 7 days before the event date. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs within our policy guidelines. Deposit and Refund Information: Refunds for cancellations made within the stipulated timeframe will be processed accordingly, as detailed above. Deposits for booking and damage serves to protect both parties involved in the transaction, guaranteeing a level of commitment from the customer while safeguarding the interests of the service provider in case of any unforeseen issues or damages. Exceptions: Exceptions to this policy will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis in situations of extenuating circumstances or emergencies. We encourage open communication and understanding between FunkyDory Kidz and our valued clients to ensure the best possible experience for all parties involved.
