Package Inclusions: 🏕️ Double Wigwam: Lounge in comfort within our cozy Double Wigwam adorned with plush cushions and blankets, creating an intimate and relaxing space. 🌟 Luxe Table & Seating: Enjoy a designated area with elegant seating arrangements for an opulent spa experience. 💆 Full Spa Set-Up: Our comprehensive spa setup includes a variety of essential spa tools and products such as bowls, towels, face cloths, mirrors, massage rollers, hair bands, nail files, face brush applicators, face masks, personalized eye masks, face pads, a cooling Gua Sha sculpt stone, and dispensing pots for your facial cleanser and moisturizer. 🍹 Drinks Trolley: Indulge in refreshments with our drinks trolley featuring flutes, straws, and a juice dispenser, adding a touch of sophistication to your spa retreat. 👘 Satin Gowns & Bunting: Enhance the ambiance with luxurious satin gowns for each guest and charming bunting to set the mood. 🥿 Shoe Basket: Keep your space tidy and organized with a dedicated shoe basket for convenience. 🛍️ Personalized Take-Home Bags: Each guest receives a personalized bag containing their eye mask, hairband, nail file, and remaining facial products from their individual mini pots. 💰 Pricing and Options: Full Set-Up & Collection: £130.00 in the comfort of your home for 6. Additional guests £15.00 each. Add a Bell Tent: Upgrade to £200.00 for 6 to 8 hours of hire (other hire hours can be discussed to suit your event) - please add this to your booking form ( add message tab) and we can arrange this in addition to you chosen Sparkle Spa Package. 💼 Damage Deposit: £25.00 for the Sparkle Spa Set-Up, or £75.00 with the inclusion of the Bell Tent. All deposits are promptly returned upon collection if the equipment remains in its original condition. 🥿 Personalized Slippers: Complete the experience with personalized slippers available at £5.50 each. Cancellation Policy
FunkyDory Kidz – Booking Disclaimer & Terms of Hire Creating unforgettable moments, safely and responsibly! Supervision & Safety A responsible adult (18+) must supervise the inflatable at all times. FunkyDory Kidz does not provide supervision unless agreed in writing prior to the event. Prohibited Items & Conduct No shoes, food, drink, pets, glasses, glitter, confetti, smoking, or barbecues near the inflatable. Rough play, somersaults, and climbing on walls/roof are strictly prohibited. Age & Capacity Unless specified, castles are for CHILDREN ONLY. Max. 7 children at one time. Always follow age/user limits provided at booking. Weather Policy For safety, castles must not be used in rain, winds over 24mph, or stormy conditions. We reserve the right to cancel or postpone set-up due to unsafe weather, even on the day of hire. Your safety and the care of our equipment are our top priorities. Setup Requirements Must be installed on a flat, grassed area or clean indoor venue. We cannot install on concrete or artificial turf. Damage & Cleaning The hirer is responsible for any damage or excessive mess. Charges may apply for misuse. Liability FunkyDory Kidz is not liable for injury or accidents due to misuse or lack of supervision. We hold Public Liability Insurance, but this does not cover hirer negligence. Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy Cancellation / Rescheduling (7+ days notice) You may cancel or reschedule with 7 days notice. 50% of your deposit will be refunded for cancellations or fully transferred to a new date if rescheduled. Less than 7 Days Notice Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation is made within 7 days of the event. Weather-Related Cancellations Refund or reschedule available for weather cancellations. Deposits Deposits secure your booking and cover damages. They help protect both parties and reflect commitment to the booking. Exceptions In emergencies or extenuating circumstances, we may offer flexibility - please communicate with us directly.
