Each product is made uniquely for you, ensuring a special touch that reflects your individuality. As such, our returns and refund policy for personalised items is designed to address the specific nature of these bespoke creations.
Returns: Due to the personalised nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. We understand that mistakes can happen during production or transit, and we are committed to resolving any issues promptly and satisfactorily - all customers will be sent a mock-up template of their product prior to any work commencing, once approved, no further changes can be made.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. To facilitate the resolution process, kindly provide clear photographs of the damaged or defective item, as well as the packaging it arrived in. Our team will assess the situation and work with you to arrange for a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
Refunds: Refunds for personalised items are only issued in cases where the item is damaged or defective upon arrival. Once we receive and inspect the returned item or view photographic evidence, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 1- 2 days.
Cancellation: As personalised items are made to order, cancellations can only be accommodated if requested within 24 hours of placing your order. Once production has begun, cancellations are no longer possible. We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before confirming to avoid any discrepancies.
Exceptions: In rare circumstances where an error occurs on our part, such as mis-spelling a name, we will gladly replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please notify us of any such errors within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the replacement process.
